During your appointment you will try on many hats of your choice.  Once you have chosen a hat and advised us of your event date we can arrange a date for you to either collect / return the hat in person OR we can post / courier the hired hat(s) to you with a returns label supplied.  Please note, postage and the courier service is additional to the hire charge. 

Hire duration is subjected to 4 days, with the exception of main race meetings e.g Royal Ascot week, where it is one day only 7.00am - 9.30pm.  If the hat is not returned within this time frame, additional charges will be applied

When you hire a hat you will be required to provide current debit or credit card details for a valid card you are authorized to use, by agreeing to this service you authorize us to bill you for any hire, deposit, postage service.

Please note once a hat has been hired / posted to you it is considered a hire even if you don't wear it.  There will not be a refund.

If you cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing charlottesfinishingtouch@gmail.com.  Please cancel your order at least 14 days before the hire date for a full refund, any time after the 14 day prior, the full hire price will be taken.

Once the hat is returned we will check your hat for any damages. Damage of the hat includes any dents, loss of decoration or water damage. if the hat has no damages we will return your full deposit.  If the hat is damaged, the amount payable is the retail value of the hat plus the hire charge. Please note the hats and headpieces are very vulnerable if subjected to rain - they should be kept under an umbrella at all times.
